Products & Sizing
Many Rebel Craft products are made to order and produced with a focus on quality
control, reduced waste, and intentional craftsmanship. Because of that
"made to order" products will be sourced both internationally and
within the U.S.. Products like our bags are strictly made in the U.S.
Made to order means your item is produced after your order is placed. This helps us
reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and maintain better control over quality.
Because of this, some orders may take additional time before shipping.
Yes, some of our bags (like the A-10 Whiskey Series), are designed for concealed carry as well as everyday carry. However, safe and legal use is the responsibility of the customer. Always follow local state and federal laws, use proper training, and handle firearms responsibly.
Unless stated on the product page, holsters, inserts, medical supplies, firearms, magazines, and other accessories are not included. Check each product description carefully for what is included.
Choose based on how you plan to carry and what you need to fit. Smaller bags are
better for lightweight daily carry, while larger bags provide more room for EDC
items, medical gear, travel essentials, or additional organization.
Yes, many sold-out products may return depending on material availability and
production schedule. Sign up for email updates or follow us on social media for
restocks and new product drops.
Avoid harsh chemicals and machine washing unless the product page says otherwise. Spot clean bags and gear with mild soap and water. Apparel care instructions are listed on the garment tag or product page.
Returns & Warranty
We accept returns on eligible items that are unused, unworn, and in original
condition. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Custom, final-sale,
or heavily used items may not be eligible for return.
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers:
• Defects in materials (fabric, hardware, stitching, components)
• Workmanship failures under normal use conditions
• Zipper, buckle, and snap hardware failure from normal use
• Structural failures of the product as designed
It does not cover misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, modifications, accidents, theft, or damage caused by improper care.

Shipping & Orders
Most orders require a processing or production period before they ship. For
made-to-order items, the duration before shipment will vary. On our other
products, we will ship within 2-5 business days.
Yes, we offer free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders. The current free-shipping
threshold is $150+.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
No, an account is not required. You can check out as a guest using just your email address. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and check out faster in the future.
Standard (non-made-to-order) items
Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
Made-to-order items
Cancellations are accepted only if fulfillment has not yet begun. Once your order has entered fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or make changes regardless of when it was placed.
Because production can start quickly after an order is placed, we strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
