Shipping, Cancellations, & Returns

Part 1: Shipping
Order Processing
Processing time varies depending on the type of product ordered.
- Standard in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
- Made-to-order items require a production period before shipment. Processing time for these items varies and tracking information will not be available until the item has completed production and left the fulfillment facility. This is normal and not a cause for concern.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delivery windows vary by carrier and destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use that number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, check your spam folder before contacting us.
For made-to-order items, tracking information becomes available only after production is complete and the order has shipped. Please allow additional time before expecting tracking updates.
International Shipping
Rebel Craft ships to a wide range of international destinations.
Made-to-order products are fulfilled by our production partners and can ship to most countries worldwide.
Standard in-stock products ship to the following countries:
- North America: United States, Canada
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
- Asia-Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea
- Middle East: Israel, United Arab Emirates

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed upon delivery. These charges are outside of Rebel Craft's control and are non-refundable.
International orders are not eligible for return. If you experience an issue with your international order, contact us at support@rebelcraft.co and we will do our best to make it right.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and any secure locations around your property before contacting us.
Rebel Craft is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For packages that are lost in transit or significantly delayed, contact us at support@rebelcraft.co with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
For made-to-order products that never arrived, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date as outlined in our Rebel Craft Quality Promise.
Part 2: Returns & Exchanges
Standard In-Stock Products
We accept returns on Rebel Craft standard in-stock products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in original, resalable condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items missing original tags or packaging may be subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Items showing visible signs of use will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense
- Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable
- International orders are not eligible for return; store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion. Contact us at support@rebelcraft.co and we will work with you as best we can to resolve any issues.
Made-to-Order Products
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of these products, all made-to-order sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
Defective or incorrect made-to-order items are handled under the Rebel Craft Quality Promise. Visit our Guarantee & Warranty Policy for full details on how to file a claim.
How to Start a Return
Exchanges
We encourage exchanges over refunds and will do our best to get you the right product. To exchange, return the original item per the process above and place a new order. If stock is available, we will process exchanges directly — contact us before shipping anything back.
Part 3: Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@rebelcraft.co as soon as possible with your order number.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and depend on the status of the order.
Standard in-stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of your order if the request is received before the order has shipped.
Made-to-order products may only be canceled before fulfillment has started. Once an item has entered production, been cut, printed, sewn, customized, packed, or shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. Because production can start quickly after an order is placed, we strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Eligible items may be returned according to our Returns & Exchanges policy above.
If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed once approved.
Rebel Craft reserves the right to cancel an order due to inventory issues, material availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or other fulfillment limitations. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Part 4: Additional Terms
Proof of Purchase
All return and cancellation requests require a valid order number or proof of purchase. We cannot process requests without it.
Discretionary Goodwill
Rebel Craft reserves the right to offer goodwill resolutions — such as partial refunds, store credit, or complimentary replacements — outside the formal terms of this policy at our sole discretion. This does not create a precedent or obligation for future cases.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
