Rebel Craft Guarantee & Warranty Policies
At Rebel Craft, we stand behind every product that leaves under our name. This policy outlines exactly what we guarantee, what we cover, and how we make things right when something goes wrong. Part 1: The Rebel Lifetime Guarantee
All Rebel Craft in-house designed and manufactured products are backed by our Rebel Lifetime Guarantee. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will make it right. Period.
What's Covered
- Defects in materials (fabric, hardware, stitching, components)
- Workmanship failures under normal use conditions
- Zipper, buckle, and snap hardware failure from normal use
- Structural failures of the product as designed
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Intentional modification or unauthorized repair
- Color fading from extended sun exposure or repeated washing
- Damage caused by accident (cuts, punctures, burns, etc.)
- Lost or stolen items
How It Works
Shipping for Warranty Claims
You are responsible for shipping the item to us. We cover return shipping back to you once the repair or replacement is complete.
Transferability
The Rebel Lifetime Guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all claims.
The Rebel Lifetime Guarantee applies exclusively to products designed and manufactured in-house by Rebel Craft.
It does not extend to made-to-order products, which are covered separately under our Rebel Craft Quality Promise below.
Part 2: Rebel Craft Quality Promise (Made-to-Order Products)
Our made-to-order products — fulfilled by trusted partners — are custom-made at the time of your order. Because each item is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We strongly encourage reviewing the size chart on every product page before placing your order. Size charts are provided on every made-to-order product listing.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects present at time of delivery
- Print quality errors (blurry, misaligned, or significantly off-color prints)
- Wrong item received
- Item damaged in transit
- Order never arrived (lost in shipping)
What's Not Covered
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Minor color variation between screen display and printed product (inherent to digital printing)
- Damage caused after delivery
- International customs delays, duties, or fees
How to File a Quality Claim
Timeframe: All defect and damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Lost package claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
What to include: Email support@rebelcraft.co with your order number, clear photos of the item and the defect, and a short description of the issue.
Resolution: We will work with our fulfillment partners to provide a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are issued at our discretion and subject to supplier assessment.
Made-to-order products are not covered by the Rebel Lifetime Guarantee.
Our fulfillment partners do not accept returns or size exchanges on made-to-order items. Any costs for courtesy replacements outside supplier coverage are borne by Rebel Craft as a goodwill gesture, not an obligation.
Part 3: Additional Terms
Proof of Purchase
All warranty and guarantee claims require a valid order number or proof of purchase. We cannot process claims without it.
Discretionary Goodwill
Rebel Craft reserves the right to offer goodwill resolutions — such as partial refunds, store credit, or complimentary replacements — outside the formal terms of this policy at our sole discretion. This does not create a precedent or obligation for future cases.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
